The first thing I noticed was your concept, which, while I have seen it done before, always interests me. The idea of the sky being shot through a puddle is such a nice idea to me, and you executed it really well, clearly showing what it is and giving a taste of both the ground and the sky in the reflection. It gives the image a sense of gritty beauty for lack of a better term. Technically, the shot could have been more centered on the puddle to be more aesthetically pleasing. However, I don't believe this really takes away from the image. You also hypothetically could have boosted the colors a bit in photoshop to give it more pop, as that would have contrasted the grey of the street.
